Sometimes, you're looking for accountability but you ALSO want someone who can listen and can share real business advice too.

Here’s how Practical Business Coaching works:

1) You sign up for business coaching hours and book a time with me to meet on Zoom

2) During our session, we tackle challenges in your business (see below) and create a strategy that works for your business.

3) During future sessions, I follow up and hold you accountable and continue to help you tackle other challenges.

    • You will have a custom plan and new understandings around your unique business decisions and needs to change and evolve.

    • You will have access to resources such as hiring people, knowledge of new software, new skills around problem solving and other insights.

    What I need from you:

    • Active participation: Be willing to provide honest feedback on your experience in this Beta Program.

    • Open communication: Share your thoughts, suggestions, and any challenges you encounter.

    • Showing up: Being open to change and new ideas and concepts to help improve different parts of your business.
