Join me for 45 minutes private sessions to talk through current challenges and changes. When we start our work together, we set the vision and goals for the next 2 months. That vision will guide and help us determine what we work on together.

I have a large vault of exercises, worksheets, templates and more to help you. At the end of each session, you’ll receive homework and resources to help support you.

Email support between calls. It's a great place for questions in the moment, feedback, copy reviews, and beyond.

I'm great at editing copy and giving feedback on website copy and proposals. You may ask for document reviews while we are working together. (This can be excellent if you are looking for a website or LinkedIn review or want feedback on any business material.)

I can help business owners who want to connect with people by building authentic relationships, are open-minded and curious, want to remove feelings of shame around promoting themselves, and could identify as introverted, empathy-driven, and/or highly sensitive (HSP).
